Training

There are several ways to form with the Ambassadors of Bread and several places.

TECHNICAL DAYS

The Technical Days of the Bread Ambassadors were launched in autumn 2015. They are held in the regions and attract between 50 and 150 bakers according to the themes: Viennoiserie, Levain, Repas Boulanger, RESPECTUS PANIS®. A minimum of 2 technical days is scheduled each year in France. Several sessions are set up in the association’s delegated countries.

COURSES

Courses provided by an Official Bread Ambassador Trainer are now possible. A request must be made by email with the contact details of the applicant, the region, the period, the theme, the number of trainees. For the moment, these training courses are not taken by funding agencies.

LIVE TRAINING

A new exercise came in February 2021. A live training on the theme of RESPECTUS PANIS® took place. This was the first free official training on this topic.
